I have listed the points plus values for my Weight Watchers members, and listed the exact brand that I use.
Protein pancakes:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
3 egg whites
Whisk egg whites and oats until frothy. Let sit 5 minutes. Cook in sprayed pan in two batches = 5 PP
Variations:
Banana walnut - add half mashed banana and 1 T walnuts, add other half of banana sliced as topping = 6 PP
Blueberry almond - add blueberries and 1 T sliced or slivered almonds = 6 PP
Peanut butter and banana - add half mashed banana and 1/2 T reduced fat peanut butter = 6 PP
Berri-licious - add fresh strawberries and blueberries as toppings = 5 PP
Toppings: 1/4 cup sugar free Mrs Butterworth's pancake syrup and 2 T cool whip free = 1 PP
Cheesy eggs:
1/2 cup egg beaters
1 laughing cow wedge, any flavor
Spray small skillet with cooking spray. Add egg beaters, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add laughing cow cut into wedges. Cook until eggs are firm and mashing cheese. = 2 PP
Variations:
Sausage cheesy eggs - add 1/3 cup Jimmy Dean turkey sausage crumbles (thawed) = 3 PP
Veggie cheesy eggs - add any variety of cooked chopped veggies = 2 PP
Cheesy eggs can be made in microwave - spray mug or microwave safe container with cooking spray. Add 1/2 c. Egg beaters and laughing cow wedge, salt and pepper. Microwave 1 minute. Stir and microwave additional minute or until egg is set.
Tortilla egg sandwich:
3 egg whites
1 slice reduced fat cheddar cheese slice (sargento's brand)
Mission low carb whole wheat fajita size tortilla
Spray small pan with cooking spray. Add egg whites and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook until set, flip and add cheese. Place egg and cheese on tortilla and fold = 3 PP
Variations:
Sausage egg sandwich - add 1/3 cup Jimmy Dean turkey sausage crumbles to eggs when the salt and pepper is added = 4 PP
Bacon egg sandwich - add 2 slices cooked Oscar Mayer centercut bacon when the cheese is added = 4 PP
Oatmeal:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup water
Stir oats and water with 2 packets Splenda and microwave for 2 minutes = 4 PP
Variations:
Banana nut - add sliced or mashed banana and 1 T walnuts to cooked oatmeal = 5 PP
Blueberry almond - add blueberries and 1 T slivered almonds before microwaving. May have to cook additional minute for fresh blueberries = 5 PP
Brown sugar- instead of 1 cup water, use 1/4 cup sugar free brown sugar syrup and 3/4 cup water. Cook as usual = 4 PP
Pumpkin pie oatmeal - Add 1-2 T. canned pumpkin = 4 PP
Toppings:
Add cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice = 0 PP
Cream of wheat:
1 cup water
3 T cream of wheat
2 packets Splenda
Cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
In small saucepan bring water to a boil. Add rest of ingredients, whisking as you add them. Cook until thick = 3 PP
Variations:
Banana nut - Add banana and 1 T walnuts to cooked cream of wheat = 4 PP
Brown sugar - see oatmeal above = 3 PP
Omelet:
1/2 cup egg beaters
2 T reduced fat cheddar or 1/4 cup fat free cheddar
Any cooked veggies
In small pan sprayed with cooking spray, add egg beaters and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook until eggs are almost set. Add veggies and cheese. Fold over = 2 PP
Variations:
Ham - add 1 slice Canadian bacon or 1 oz ham lunch meat = 3 PP
Egg and Avocado sandwich
3 egg whites
2 slices 45 calorie bread or 1 slice other whole grain bread
1/4 avocado, mashed and seasoned with salt and pepper
Spray small pan with cooking spray. Cook 3 egg whites until firm. Toast bread; spread with mashed avocado and top with egg white. (eat open faced if using one slice whole grain bread or as a sandwich with 45 calorie bread) = 5 PP

Sara Lee 45 calorie bread = 1 PP per slice
Oroweat Double Fiber Bread = 2 PP
Thomas bagel thin = 3 PP
Whole Wheat Eggo waffle = 2 PP
Mission low carb whole wheat fajita size tortilla = 1 PP
1 slice Sargento's reduced fat cheese = 1 PP
Laughing cow light cheese wedges = 1 PP
1 T whipped creamy Peter Pan peanut butter = 2 PP
